An update for the group, due to a packaging error the order was inventoried by the warehouse team incorrectly. This lead to them sending the orders without the USB cord.
We have identified and corrected the error. You will be sent another package with the remaining portion of your order very early this coming week. We will update the group as soon as the orders begin to ship. We apologize for the inconvenience but will make sure to get this remedied as soon as possible.

So i just received mine... Did anyone else not receive the MicroUSB and wall charger? Mine just came with the iStick and EGO adaptor but no way to charge it.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 6/3. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the iStick 20w Kit and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 6/5.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 6/1.

I don't understand, this wasn't even apart of the original poll. This thing breaks easily if you don't use the adaptor. Go for the 30w instead, the spring loaded connector is much better than the 20w.

I own two of these as well as the 50w version. I highly recommend one if you are looking for a portable and durable device. However, be careful of the 510 connection! I do not believe Eleaf has updated the connection to the spring loaded one found in the 30w and 50w models and the insulator around the center pin can be easily disturbed.
