Is there any possibility for Massdrop to incorporate exchanges on clothing in the future? Even if it costs money, to account for the discount. I'm sure I'm not alone in hesitating to purchase things like these shoes solely for the reason that if they don't fit, I'm out of luck.

ChaoticKinesisThat's a wonderful suggestion, I'll bring it up at our next product meeting. We definitely can't accommodate "free exchange/returns" due to our cost and pricing model, but some sort of 'pay for exchange' type of system might work in the future. Keep in mind, we don't take inventory, so that's still a really big impediment. We order (almost) the exact sizes and quantities that the group purchases...
