Is there any possibility for Massdrop to incorporate exchanges on clothing in the future? Even if it costs money, to account for the discount. I'm sure I'm not alone in hesitating to purchase things like these shoes solely for the reason that if they don't fit, I'm out of luck.

ChaoticKinesisThat's a wonderful suggestion, I'll bring it up at our next product meeting. We definitely can't accommodate "free exchange/returns" due to our cost and pricing model, but some sort of 'pay for exchange' type of system might work in the future. Keep in mind, we don't take inventory, so that's still a really big impediment. We order (almost) the exact sizes and quantities that the group purchases...

True to size? That info should really be standard on every shoe drop. I find myself asking it constantly.

I just received more feedback from JD Fisk they said they are true to size with a medium width.
They are just hitting the stores now, but this is the feedback they have been receiving.
