We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these to ship out. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.

Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the JETBeam WL-S2 Flashlight Bundle shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will ship the packages individually to you as soon as possible.

Was gonna bite on this but this is deterring me. The description page says
"On the lowest output, the WL-S2 can last up to 37 hours."
The JETBeam website says 1500 hours on the lowest 1 lm setting. Can someone @ MD confirm the discrepancy?

If it really does have the 1 lm moonlight mode it makes this light more versatile and makes this a nice deal with the included battery and charger.

dealaholic@dealaholic Nice catch there! Apparently WL-S2 is good for 37 hrs on LOW setting but 1500 hours on ML setting. Our mistake there.

IMHO MD just couldn't find a cost-effective way to ship a lithium-ion battery abroad.

I just bough the Nitecore p12 2015 edition off Amazon for $45, with free shipping. Essentially the same flashlight, except the nitecore will last 520 hours on the lowest setting. Much longer for a survival or other such scenario. These flashlights are fantastic. They are small enough to be comfortable in the hand for long periods, but still solid enough to get the sense they're built to last.
