I am very excited to announce that our community is now working with Julbo. They are best known for their glacier goggles, for which we will soon have drops for several, including the Vermont Classic, Sherpa, and Explorer 2.0 (to be released in early 2017). We will also be bringing you some high end ski goggles and other sunglasses in the coming weeks. Let us know which models you're particularly excited about and we'll consider that for our upcoming drops!
The super high end sunglasses here are fantastic for the active folks here. Super light, strong, and multiple uses. They are definitely designed for function over form. I have some cheap sunglasses that I wear around town, because I reserve my more expensive photochromic glasses for real sports. I love that they change how much light gets through, depending on the conditions. As it gets sunnier outside, the lens darken and let through less light. You can find out more on their website about the different light categories and what lens is best for you. Julbo even has a simulator to help you https://www.julbo.com/en/sunlens-simulator.html?_ga=1.50618666.268598369.1481225704

I wear Julbo glacier goggles (sunglasses, really) on every Mt. Shasta climb.
