Samurai-Inspired Damascus Blades

Named after a legendary 16th-century Japanese samurai, Kanetsugu Saiun Damascus Kitchen Knives are handcrafted in Seki City—the cutlery hub of Japan. Each knife in the set is made from a cobalt VG-10 steel core that is forged with 33-layer Damascus. The convex Hamaguri-ba edge geometry delivers impressive cutting performance for a variety of kitchen tasks. The handle is made from smooth, wood-grain black linen micarta, which is resistant to water and changes in temperature. The scales are secured with flush stainless steel bolsters for a smooth grip. A thin red microfiber spacer adds a hint of color to complement the overall aesthetic.

Note: At checkout, choose between the Paring Knife, Petty Knife (+ $5), Santoku Knife (+ $35), Gyuto 7.9-Inch Knife (+ $45), and the Gyuto 9-Inch Knife (+ $55). This drop can only be shipped to US addresses, click here for additional information.

Paring Knife

Designed for a natural cutting motion, this small knife allows users to work without their fingers hitting the cutting board, making it an excellent choice for cutting up herbs, vegetables, and small foods.
