Surprisingly quick shipping for Massdrop (5 days). Unfortunately the clip isn’t compatible with a ZT0450 (it’s off by about 2mm). Fit and finish is pretty bad (but it’s a cheap Kerahaw so that‘s nothing new). Nice little preview of the ZT0470.
Is anybody from Massdrop doing a quality check on the supply or are they coming straight from Kershaw? I got one of these awhile back and the knife was really cool BUT the fit and finish on mine was horrible.
Love some Sinkevich. Great blade for the money (but not exactly a screaming deal here shipping dependent of course). I like that they're getting one of his designs out in the budget line, but I'd love to buy one of these in better materials.
It’s a nice knife at a decent price. However it is not much less expensive than can be found easily online. I’d jump on a modestly priced version with upgraded steel.
I already own this knife and its been my EDC for a few weeks. After a few days of break in, the detent and action are great. It weighs nothing, which can make it feel cheap; It's an illusion. The design is great. The materials are good for this price point. The blade material is fine for cutting fruit, boxes, envelopes or any other light duty tasks. It has a deep carry clip so it disappears in your jeans pocket.
If you want a full review, Nick Shabazz did one on YouTube and he had a lot of good things to say about it. If I lost mine today, I would order another one immediately. The price is that good for what you get.
