I really doubt the weight given in the specs. Damascus blade models are typically heavier than plain blade models. Two online sites have the weight 0.5-1 oz. heavier. Come on MD, specs are IMPORTANT!!!
Please note that Ken's name is no longer anywhere in the knife, because Kershaw broke their deal with him and made a version of the knife with cheaper metal to sell at Walmart.

Can't say anything about the blade on this version, but Leeks in general (and other Kershaws) have the absolute best release of any knife south of a full-automatic. It's so good, I have to have a very good reason to reach for any other knife (and I have a few). This is one of two knives I never leave home without.
