So this knife was great for 2 weeks before the spring assist broke today. Has anyone previously done a warranty call in for kershaw and could shed some light on your experience? I've lost my packaging so don't have my little packet with the warranty details of the knife.

Hey everyone, We’ve just submitted our order for the Thermite knives with Kershaw. Now that the order has been placed, Kershaw will prepare it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives. duxxBench made won't let them drop because massdrop does not have a store front. A location were you could go to see the knife. I ordered my contego from Amazon. I love it
