Right now, they are working on getting the missing keycaps so that this drop can move forward. Unfortunately, their best estimate currently is for the keycaps to become available towards the end of the month. Our vendor just reached out to update us on the status of our order. We are still on track with our previous estimate of shipment from their location on 11/11! The finished goods should be shipped to our vendor towards the end of next week, and from there, they will prepare our cargo for shipment abroad. Once everything is picked up, we will relay the shipping schedule to our warehouse team so that they can anticipate the shipment's arrival.

Mine came shipped with a couple scuffs on it, but other than that its been a great keyboard. Try using the Google Translate app on your phone and use the scan image to translate the pamphlet. No detachable cable, but I dont see it listed in the description. http://imgur.com/a/OL9sk

This is my personal taste and experience which may differ by other people.
I had a Keycool like that with other caps and clears from China and a Varmilo.
The Keycool had been nice, but the Varmilo is playing in another league for me, extremly well build like a tank. Just my personal feeling!
I received a keyboard with a USB cable that is soldered in place. My other Keycool 87 has a removeable USB cable.
I am disappointed with Keycool's decision to solder the USB cable in place. Would not recommend this product or buy again because of this.
Use the keyboard preference pane in OS X. Under the "Keyboard" tab, select the Modifier Keys button. Make sure the Keycool is selected in the drop-down menu, then you can change the position of the command/Windows, alt/option, control, and caps lock keys. If you want further customization, download and install an application called Karabiner. With it, you can change the behavior of just about every key.
Got mine last night, not really thrilled with the champagne case, but it'll do. I figure if this drops again, I'll get a white one for home and bring the champagne one into work.
Am I the only one who was unaware that the keyboard was backlit? and if there's a way to ... stop that?
Also was anyone else dinged with customs? I just had to pay an additional $30CAD on my delivery, which I wasn't expecting.
EDIT: Have figured out the lighting setup. FN + left ley changes the type of light, FN+ right changes the pulse, and FN+ up/down will brighten/dim the lights accordingly
