The vendor is currently working on preparing the order for shipment. Based on current estimates the order should be shipping out directly to customers late this week. As soon as the orders go out each group member will receive an individual tracking number.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 12/7 or sooner if something comes up.

elimelendezThat week has come and gone. Still not shipped. At this point I'd like to know what you're doing to make this right with the customers. I can understand if there are issues with shipping that delay you by maybe a weekend but not this long.
