Got mine in the mail yesterday- I have to say, this thing is a monster:) I mean, if the excellence it has as a knife ever did fail, not that it's likely, it can be used as a club! If only I had received the rainbow liner version that I ordered, instead of the blue one, it would have been a completely awesome buy. On the bright side, now I have an opportunity to review Massdrop customer support.

NealPTotally agree. Same situation here. Ordered the rainbow liners and got the blue ones. Opened a case with Customer Support and don't have any response yet. :-(

Mainstreet2020So far I'm not getting the result I had hoped for. Instead of offering to send the version I ordered, I have been given the option to send it back (I assumed at my expense) for a refund, or get $10 off and a $5 coupon... while I appreciate the discount for accepting the wrong knife, I really wanted the correct version of the knife - the one I ordered. I'm at no fault, but I have to make the compromises... this isn't the best customer experience I've had.

NealPSame thing happen here. I ordered in reverse though. Got the rainbow ordered the blue. Same coupon and $10 off the price.
