Anyone that has one of these know what size the Torx are? I thought I'd seen it mentioned somewhere, but I can't seem to find it again anywhere.

heyitsIt is simply because disassembling this knife voids the warranty, if you attempt on doing this... you better get a hair dryer cause kizer uses some very strong screw fastener and the screws are kinda soft, they don't use it on all knives but most of them are suffering from this exact problem.
