It’ll fit wherever you need it—in your pocket, on your keychain, in the glove box, or in your desk—and it can shine a light brighter than you’d ever expect. Built with a CREE XP-L HI LED, the Klarus Mi1C delivers a remarkable 600 lumens (with the included 16340 battery) despite measuring just over 2 inches long Read More
Great light that fits very easily in my pocket. I love this thing and it has great output. it does get hot after about 4-5 minutes of operation but really it is made for a quick burst of light. It throws a good distance too so it provides a very clear and solid light. Build quality is also very good and charging is easy enough by taking out the battery .
Great light. Does get a little hot a full power but that’s to be expected.
Can’t vouch for battery like but great that the battery itself can be directly charged.
Tiny and powerful.
The Mi1C is ideal for close-up work because it's small size doesn't get in the way while it provide wide even illumination. Definitely NOT for distance viewing, which is fine. The tailcap magnet is strong and capable of holding the light in any direction. Despite the general belief, I find that the clip is reversible and can be mounted on either end of the light. Last-used-mode memory is nice, and direct access to Lowest mode (Long-Hold from Off) is nice. Double-click from Off goes to Strobe which is meh, I would have preferred that be direct to Turbo instead.
Two drawbacks - (1) although a rechargeable 16340 battery is included (nice) the Klarus battery drops down from Turbo mode after only seconds due to inability to sustain high current load. I can confirm that it is not due to internal thermal throttling as my other cell was able to hold Turbo for long enough for the light to get warm, And (2) the Long-hold to turn Off User Interface is my least preferred.
The USB charging battery is a HUGE plus!
Edit: Bad introduction to this company, I am passing from here on out. High doesn't last more than 2 seconds and blinks out after becoming super hot. PASS!
I think I must have received a lemon. I’ve read a lot of the very positive reviews, it’s obviously a good product. Mine quit working the first day (I did fully charge the battery before using) and I have not been able to get it to work since.
ThaynesI thought mine had died after a couple of days. I reread the instructions and kept messing around and the light somehow worked as advertised. It's been dependable around the house with gentle handling. Don't give up yet!
This is a clever little light with a variety of features. I keep mine in my bedside night table where I can easily reach it in the dark. At its lowest setting, it allows me to navigate my way through the house without having to content with a blinding light that destroys my visual purple. If I need a brighter light, it’s there, but for the most part, the lower setting(s) suit me just fine.
The high setting doesn't last very long, but it is the best little work light I've ever used. Definitely a good buy for the money.

Nice, very portable EDC light. Some compromises
Alright, so the overall quality - of my unit (your mileage may vary) is good. Light is responsive and the magnetic back is damn handy!
Works fine in all modes, except turbo mode, which literally lasts a full 2-3 seconds before going back to high. That is a nuisance - mentioned more than once here.
Also would have liked it to have not so much of a flood light and more of a beam. However, as a smal EDC item it's fine.
If you want a more capable flashlight with better features ad slighty smaller, have a look te the Fenix RC09.
