We talked to the vendor and it looks like the problems encountered were due to USPS mishandling shipments. Our vendor is working on correcting the issue and everything should be sorted out early this coming week.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are having our vendor follow-up with USPS to see what they can do do prevent issues like this in the future.

So just got mine and 6 packs were missing. Already contacted support so lets hope thats speedy at least.
seems there's shipping issues with this batch, mine came in a couple days ago, but I don't get it delivered to my home, picked up to find the post office had received it empty(already emailed support regarding it)
.. the box had nothing but the default latches holding it closed, so I assume alot probably opened in the mail(no tape whatsoever, which is a nono for any box with any weight to it)
so heres to waiting with no sleeves to show for it :(
Same problem; five days since the label was created and it hasn't moved at all. and its in my home state no less what's going on with this drop.
My tracking number lists the label being printed 5 days ago without being shipped yet...

Didn't get any wet wipes, but my package only had 8 packs, instead of 12. Looks like they are tossed in boxes at random? :)
My package came in the mail today. Rather than the expected 12x100 packs of sleeves, I received 5x100 packs of sleeves, foam padding for feet, and wet wipes (maybe to wipe away my tears from the absurd package contents, but using wet wipes might make it look like I was crying even MORE)...This is absurd.

If this happens to me I'm going to be extremely pissed. I'm already angry about waiting so long. I will be launching an anti-massdrop Youtube campaign telling people not to use this service. This is awful.
I still haven't received my package yet. Apparently, they are currently cutting down the trees to make the cardboard for the packaging.
My tracking info just says that a shipping label was created on June 17th...

Any updates? More than 30 days without results. This is ridiculous...
Quick update for the group the vendor received their allotment of units yesterday and was able to get more than half of the orders shipped out! The remaining orders are scheduled to ship out over the weekend and early this coming week. We will upload tracking as soon as we receive shipment confirmation.

Please keep situations like this in mind for future drops. Don't let this site become like kickstarter
Can you guys hold their money until they ship? I know the success of the site depends on the delicate balance between user acquisition and product offerings from companies but I suspect that the site will fail from poor customer retention rates due to poor shipping. I would prefer not to be charged until the item actually shipped. The amount of time this is taking is ridiculous. This will be the last time I use the site. I would suggest the rest of you spread the word as I will on YouTube and other social media.
I guess now we know why there was no estimated ship date for this. Who would have thought we'd have to wait for the product to get made first.
Quick update for the group, we spoke to our vendor earlier today and they are scheduled to receive their allotment of units before the end of next week, right on schedule and will start shipping units as soon as they arrive! We will remain in contact with them and update the group as soon as we receive shipment confirmation.

You'd think the vendor that is listing this item would have the items in stock or at least have product ready to arrive by the time the Drop's end date is scheduled. This is just terrible planning. Now the customer has to wait an unforeseen amount of time to receive what they purchased? I wasn't aware I was pre-ordering an item.
Its been close to a month already for this drop. How long is a typical one supposed to take?
Quick update for the group, we spoke to our vendor yesterday and they were working with their factory to get an update to share with the group. We just gave them another friendly reminder to provide a status update for the group and are just waiting to hear back. We expect to hear back first thing Monday morning and will provide another update at that time.
Currently we expect that these will ship inline with the expected ship date listed in the drop description page.

I see no expected ship date listed in the drop description. I thought this was odd when I first got on board with this as it's in every other drop I've been in.
Wow, they sold the product without having it in stock. I say that shipping is a major problem on this site. There's a certain expectation in this digital age of acceptable shipping metrics. These Massdrop offerings fail big time consistently. However, the savings on this deal make it worth the hassle.
