I *ALWAYS* hit "JOIN DROP" (even if I'm only trying to figure out how much shipping is). The shipping, or lack of shipping costs is always right there.

Just got my order but the drop had the wrong colors and so I didn't get the colors I expected. Not happy as the colors I got are not what I will use.

MustanggirlThe same thing has happened with my order. I think their website had the wrong colors labeled, or the pictures were in the wrong order. I ordered the neutral colors and got the bright ones. Not happy at all!

We have reached out to the vendor and are currently waiting for updated shipping date. We expect to hear back from the early tomorrow. We will make sure to pass on any relevant information on to the group.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is en route to us!

As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 1/3.
