Anyone else received a bunch of cookware protectors instead? The item was shipped by MD, so it went through their hands. What would you expect MD to do, in addition to just shipping the correct item? What would it take to keep customers like us happy and do business in the future?
BTW here is a pic of the closest thing I can find online that matches what I received. I don’t want to open the packaging any further:

BKC501Since we both got the wrong item, which is not a drop item my guess is that the vendor messed up. The label was also placed over an existing one.
