As a way to say thank you for everyone's patience we are going to be sending out a free Landi Gear Paracord Survival Bracelet! These are not even scheduled to hit the market till June so each of you will be the first to receive them. They will be leaving our offices tomorrow afternoon and we will post a shipping confirmation on this board when they are out!
Guess us Zebra wood guys were the ones with the delays. No accounting for taste. LOL Mine is finally here and it is very nice. Would have been nice to have had a heads up a month ago about the delay. Worked out to the good though.
I wanted to take the time out to address the shipping issues with a portion of the knives. The handle materials that were affected (which was a small number in comparison to the whole batch) needed to be redone due to a number of errors. Because of this the scheduled production run was halted and these bushcrafts took a priority. We stripped the old handles, put on new ones and had them out the door ASAP to address the issue. We apologize for any delay and we guarantee this will never happen again! I have attached a picture of the shipping receipt for the orders that were affected. We thank you all for your patience and for purchasing our knives.
My order is also missing, could it be that all the missing orders were for the handle style that were different then the standard black handle. I had ordered Zebrawood as the handle style, if that is the cause of the failure to ship I would be happy to change to a style that they have in stock.

We are paying very close attention on the reshipment status, and we are fully aware of the lack of movement of the shipment a couple of you guys are seeing. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this might have caused.
When both the original shipment and the reshipment got lost within the USPS shipment network, there simply must be more to the story than what we are seeing from the tracking pages right now. We are working with Landi and USPS to figure out just what happened to all the missing shipments.
Most importantly, we will make sure everyone receive their purchases. We will reship the knives ourselves for the third time if need be (instead of through Landi knife as we've done previously). For the members that no longer wish to wait for their knives, please email support@massdrop.com, and we will process refund for you right away.
It only makes sense for them to reship at their expense (or first ship, I trust the USPS more than Landi, or massdrop for that matter), as they haven't completed their end of the transaction. Until tracking status is marked delivered, the ball is in your court. Either Massdrop or Landi is responsible for making sure that the product is properly shipped.
They had told us they shipped those packages on the 18th, so I'd like to think they are being honest. This is why I said it's very nice of them to reship new packages to you guys.
