Ask for a replacement for Dark City. Massdrop was quick to respond to my issue and is sending me a replacement while allowing me to keep the one I have in the interim. Just use other masterminds for now when you play. The ETA on the replacement set could be a few weeks I've heard. But they were pretty good about it.
