Very disappointed with the nib. I ordered the Navy in a broad, and it came with a horrible baby's bottom. I have emailed Massdrop with a complaint, and asking to switch out the nib for a different, but so far Massdrop has not responded or emailed me back. Would not recommend in a broad nib or ordering from Massdrop.
Hi @N.A.J -- I've been personally following along as our Customer Support team has reached out to you, and made special arrangements for the vendor to send a replacement nib directly to you.
I've reviewed all the communication, and it looks like you should have received an email and/or tracking information from the vendor directly, as well as an email from us about progress on this. If you have not received an update from us, I apologize and will follow up again to get you one.
I'm sorry that your pen wasn't perfect out of the box, we'll keep working to resolve this ASAP. Regardless of our ability to provide a resolution quickly, we always want to keep you in the loop. If we missed the mark here, then I apologize and appreciate you following up.
PS - Please let us know if our emails are getting caught in a SPAM filter, that happens sometimes.

JonasHeinemanHi @JonasHeineman - I received one email, and that was from Massdrop on April 6th. No tracking or response from Levenger itself, however Levenger a package was delivered on April 7th to my house which contained a replacement nib.
I appreciate Massdrop's response, despite radio silence from Levenger, as I had no clue a package was being shipped to me. The new nib works beautifully.
