I've been running one of these monitors for 4 years and love it: the gamut isn't half bad, I don't need high Hz for animation/design work, the price was more than right, and ultrawide is great for timeline-based applications. Add in the fact that it's not curved so I have accurate straight-line representation and it's a great monitor overall. Just recently, though, I managed to break the joystick controller off the bottom of the monitor with some hamfisted packing during a move (AAAAGH). Anyone know of any good tutorials online about how to replace or bypass a monitor joystick control? This monitor is still working/looking great, but I can't make any adjustments anymore. Worse, if it were ever to decide that it's "Off" and not "On", I don't know how I'd be able to convince it otherwise.
