This is my first product I've joined on Massdrop, so I'm really excited! I need to stay home to receive the shipment, so I'm trying to figure what day the TV is showing up. I read on another drop, their TV showed up on the shipment date. Does anyone know if "shipment" date is actually the delivery date? I haven't received any tracking info yet. :\

peetza I am in the same boat too. Like most people on this site, I spend the majority of my weekday at the office. Id need to plan for its arrival. I see it says shipped by vendor, so I assume that means its shipped directly from LG. That probably means we wont get a Shipping number relayed to us. Do we just wait until we get the inevitable "sorry we missed you" message on our doors?
It would be awesome if a previous purchaser could chime in here on how this worked out for them!

peetzaI had the same shipment date (03/14) and got no notification. I remembered other users suggested creating an account with FedEx and sign up for their Delivery Manager, which I then did, to find out my TV is on its way. Mine is coming from NJ. I recommend signing up for the service and be prepared. I can now easily see when to expect delivery

FadmThis is great Info! I recently moved to my current address, so i wasn't able to set up the account (i couldn't pass the verification). But i called customer service and explained im expecting a package from NJ and they were able to verify the shipment date for the TV.

FadmIm in NYC and I have the same ship date (03/14) but after signing up for the delivery manager it says I need to wait 30 days for a shipped code — is yours looking like its coming this week or next week, wanna know if I should stay home and wait :/

FadmJust to update : I just checked the Delivery Manager this morning and saw an inbound delivery from Edison, NJ scheduled for Wednesday 3/21 (I live in Los Angeles). Again, thanks for the tip!
