My unit arrived in good shape Sat. 3/2/19. Only problem is no paperwork/receipt with it showing when I purchased it.

Dr-DumasI contacted customer service and they told me the receipt was on my transaction page. They reminded me they registered me for the warranty, nothing I have to do. Thanks Massdrop
