I have been looking at this since the last drop. I love the TV but nervous about how this works. I see good comments and the service if the TV is broken seems good, but is it the exact same TV I see in Best Buy? Also my other question on the LG OLED E7, does it work well in a living room that is not completely dark or may have lights on? Thanks for any comments That might help me decide.

presleyamYup, it is the exact same TV as you see in Best Buy. I've been an elite plus member of BB since the last 3 years and I buy almost all tech from them. I've been following LG OLEDs for the last couple of years and even though I wanted to get the C7, I'm glad I didn't cause here, the E7, which is a higher model, is cheaper than the C7 you get in best buy (I think it is around 2600 for the 65") Also, yes, it will work perfectly fine in a bright room; just make sure to calibrate the display appropriately (setting OLED light to 100, brightness, contrast, etc.). Also, the anti-reflective coating helps a lot. This was the first drop I joined and I also was nervous about it like almost everyone else cause I thought it was too good to be true, but guess what? It's true! Process is pretty simple. You join a drop and put your payment and personal info (make sure to add the right email and phone for warranty registration purposes). When the drop ends, the payment will be collected and mostly it'll ship and arrive before the estimated ship date.
