OkkiJust spent 41 minutes on the phone with LG being told that even though it showed up with a cracked screen, that's not covered by warranty.
All the boxes were pristine, as is the edge of the bevel.
have a ticket filed with Massdrop, so we'll see how they handle it, but I'm contesting the transaction with my credit card company at this time. That way they have a heads up if this is not handled appropriately.
