FrankDrebinThanks! Yeah, I'm looking forward to both of these! I have a leather portfolio from another company too. I just love these quality leather office products, and you're right, they will outlive me for sure they are so well made! ;)
Tyler you're great about listening your customer feedbacks.
And I have a question, why we don't have the "Laurel Tan" & "Rustic Pine" options. Also why not a option for "Cascadian" style. I love the Cascadian style also bought a Cascadian bag.
CemmHey Cimm! Thanks for the kind words and a great question. As for the Laurel Tan and Rustic Pine... We bought up a large lot of that leather from a tannery's final production run a year or so ago and have now used all of it up for Calhoun Satchels and Morrison Journals from the prior drops so we are pretty much out of it now. The Cascadian leather could be an option in the future!
Thanks,

Hey thanks for checking out the line. There's nothing lined up for The Magazine Satchel at the moment. We have a lot in the works for upcoming drops and some new stuff we are excited to unveil as well in the briefcase style. So stay tuned on that. We will have a Calhoun Satchel drop in the future as well --- same exact size/shape as Magazine Satchel but with different leather, pocketing, and details. Very excited for that one.
Thanks,

I just ordered a 3 pack of Field Notes Kraft Ruled notebooks. This would be perfect for them but 40 dollars with shipping is a bit much...I'M SO TORN RIGHT NOW! HELP! lol
Oh, that's too bad. I love my little Morrison Journal with "Notes" on the cover. I just ordered LM's Calhoun Satchel in Rustic Pine and I can't wait to see it! They have really great products!
So glad this has appeared with an A5 option after I asked previously, definitely going to purchase as you can't beat companies that listen to customers! Now the hard bit, to decide between black ball glove leather or coyote, I think I prefer coyote but not sure how it would wear, and I think black ball leather might wear better? Opinions please!
Tom457Tom,
Coyote is a stiffer leather with a slightly knap suede feel. It will wear very well and keep about the same look as it is new. The ball glove is softer and has a great feel, like a baseball glove. We have that leather made proproitarily for us to emulate the baseball glove leather but a tad softer feel for our guitar straps and leather goods. That black doesn't show as much patina as the brown but will feel incredible in your hand. It definitley has that great leather smell. Hope that's helpful info. You could always order both! 👍

I have the A5 Black Ball Glove version and it is awesome, as I knew it would be. I cant make up my mind now - Chestnut or Coyote? Tyler, do these both have a nice nap, or is chestnut a smooth leather?
heartsleeve310Hi Mary! Coyote has a short nap. Chestnut has a smooth finish. If I had to pick it would be Chestnut, personally. At the moment I'm carrying a chestnut Morrison and matching Thompson Wallet and really dig the combo.
Bought the A5 version and quality is top notch. This is a great deal. Have bought others at higher prices that weren't even near the quality of this. Must...say...no...to...small...must...resist :-D
