I have some Chukka boots exactly like these from Charles Tyrwhitt that I purchased about 10 years ago that are size UK 7.5F. All of my Allen Edmonds shoes (over a dozen pair) are size 8D. According to this overview, I should be ordering these Pimlico boots in size UK 7F. I don't recall who makes the boots I purchased from Charles Thrwhitt, they may or may not be Loakes. So I'm a bit perplexed if I should order UK 7 or UK 7.5. Any advice?
Thanks
Just got my pair in, and they're well made and look very nice. The dark brown is nearly black in person. The fit is good with a size 12, I wear a G last Loake in 11.5, a Redwing 12 EE, and a US sneaker 13EE.
tracy747Redwings run big, so I am essentially going down a whole size. If you don't have a wide foot you might be going down a size and a half or wearing thicker socks.
