Very disappointed of the communication or more lack there off about that product.
I am really sad because I clearly want them, but if it takes too long, I might consider a full refund. I truely am disappointed by that and I hope we will receive an update as soon as tomorrow if not today.

Steelwindi received mine today and was a little bit surprised....it was delivered by Hermes not DHL. I opened the Hermes bag and saw that inside the actual shipping was, it was an untracked shipping label and the "tracking code" from Drop was not on the label

I also received confirmation on April 22. Mine finally showed signs of life on May 2, yet as of today, May 8, the USPS still hasn't received it. Seriously, Drop, I will never order anything from you guys again, until I hear you've dropped Newgistics.

I like, the only down-side is the diffuser underneath, it only seems to work well with North-facing LEDs. A bummer, as most my keyboards are South-facing.
