IMO, these boxes are pretty terrible in quality, the magnet barely stays on. They are a great set of budget boxes if you don't have the funds. Invest in some Ultimate Guards which are way higher quality and your cards don't be flying out of their boxes while stored in your bag.
HouseTo reiterate on House's comment, Tolarian Community College's Professor did not have good things to say about these boxes. You can find his review in the video below at the 5:03 mark. If these boxes didn't have the problems they have now, then this drop would be amazing
Tolarian College review of these boxes: https://youtu.be/EmxqofgvG2I?t=5m3s
The review is four years old at this point, but at that time the conclusion was the magnetic clasp was not enough to keep the box closed when jostled around. So it might be good for boxes that are just going from shelves to table and back for play, but for decks that travel (to friend's houses or game stores for events) in backpacks or other bags, these look like they're not ideal.
CarlosYeah, the drop page says "Massdrop will handle domestic and international shipping" and then there is no international option available???? I'm in Canada btw.
The vendor doesn't want to ship these internationally because it would be very expensive to do so. I can ask though, but I highly doubt it would make sense.
as with all drops.
the price is great.
i bought one for 20 euro's
wich is indeed 15 bucks.
but having to pay 20 bucks for shipping is insane.
i live in europe and i realy feel massdrop needs to fix this issue.
tl;dr - These are extremely shitty quality boxes for long term use.
I will say that I bought one of these boxes back in 2009 when some co-workers started getting me back into Magic after a 10 year hiatus or so. Then I left that job and didn't have time for magic for about another two years. Then one day I took the deck box off the shelf to play a game with the deck I had sitting in it for the last 2 years and when I opened it, the outer "Skin" which is the faux leathery material completely peeled away from the cardboard structure that gives the box it shape and sturdiness. The magnets and inner lining basically separated from the outer layer or "Upholstery" of the box. Extremely poor quality for the price I paid.
