how do you put the flashlight in to Low Lunar mode???

SecretAsianManYou twist it to turn it on high mode then quickly twist it off and back on to trigger the low mode.

ReflexionYou'll notice when use EDC a light like this that you'll be using the 125 lumens high mode 99% of the time and the lunar mode maybe once or twice. The high mode is not that bright and the lunar mode is hardly visible.
Making the user twist twice every time they turn the light on would be a bad trade for the sake of usefulness in a situation almost no one finds themselves in(where preservation of their night visibility is critical).
If you do need to preserve your night vision, just cup your hand around the front bezel to block the light as you switch to the lunar mode.
