Sooooooo what advantage does this have vs the norpro version on amazon for 15 bucks? Other then it comes with a fancy mini rolling pin, but who doesn't have a rolling, wine bottle or even the bottom of a pot to apply pressure with?
Normally I'm all about quality over concerns of price, but I don't see even someone making ravioli 2 or 3x a week benefiting from this over the norpro. The forces a ravioli maker sees are so low that you don't really benefit from all metal construction vs plastic and metal, and they certainly don't justify any increase in performance that justifies 4x the cost from what I can tell.
