v4nproMoved mine off a USB hub and onto a USB port on the motherboard.
I *think* this may have sorted it.

v4nproYeah, same problem here using motherboard's USB 3.0. Are these defective or do you think it might be the cable or type of USB port?

bitstormI have this same issue, just started when using my new laptop/dock. Worked fine on my old laptop. Windows Event Viewed doesn't show a disconnect, laptop still thinks it's playing audio through the DAC, but there is no sound. I have to re-seat the USB cable to bring it back. This is so frustrating...
