also I don't understand how some people are claiming that their shoes are the right size. Clearly, judging by the discussion thread, most people received shoes that are about a size too large. To those that received shoes that fit properly, are you guys just more lenient or tolerant of shoes being a tad too big? It makes more sense that they made a sizing error that affected all the shoes, rather than some people having received "defects" and some people receiving the correct size.. Idk lol massdrop is a joke

bee17Mine was the correct size when i got them. Over 800 pairs were sold and if you scroll down the discussion, the cat. leader mentioned something about 163 orders were received and about 12 or so have have opened a ticket. Correct me if i'm mistaken but i don't see 160 plus people commenting about how faulty this product is. I'm not saying there isn't any and it sucks when you get a the wrong size on an item when is prob not your fault. Hang in there i'm sure it will get fixed.

MaximusDingusLet me add to the number of people with sizing and quality issues. I stuck a tape measure in my shoe to measure the insole and from what I can tell it's 1 cm longer than the sizing chart. My left shoe also has a U-shaped indentation about a centimeter wide in the leather so I've opened a support ticket to see what Massdrop will do but I'm not too optimistic about them having replacements after someone said their order was cancelled due to too many shoes getting damaged during shipment.

Jonah.YI understand that and i'm with you, they need to fix that as soon as possible. I have purchased many items here and so far the experience has been good and from what i can tell they care or maybe i'm just naive. Keep us posted i'm curious to know the feedback, although my experience has been good so far it can def. change by other's people results.

MaximusDingusI was unfortunately correct: given the number of orders with issues, Massdrop says a refund is currently the best course of action because they can't be certain they can find suitable replacements in a timely manner. I was hoping to be able to exchange for a smaller size without the damage but at this point I'll just keep searching for a good deal on a pair of white sneakers since MD doesn't budge much after making a decision in my experience, e.g. the Kent Wang shoe tree drop where the distributor only sent out half of some orders and MD basically said, "Can't help you, here's a refund for what's missing."
