These or hd 660s for 60% gaming 40% music? Are the hd 660s worth the price jump, considering imaging and soundstage is important for my use? I typically listen to more acoustic music, by the way. Thanks :)

JustinBotrosMayflower 1 / T50RP with better pads. Better imaging, which matters for gaming. The mayflowers will sound good for music also, and only are 250.

MMMIKEEEThanks for the reply. Are you referring to the T50 Mk.III version 1? These look superb for gaming, however I tend to listen to more laid back music, hence my preference for Sennheiser, and I am not sure if these fit the bill. Are there any other headphones which have a good balance between imaging and soothing sound, or are these my best bet for the price?

JustinBotros660s are $500 usd. If you just want one set, they would be great. But you could have 6xx for music and Mayflower version 1s for gaming, at a cost less than the 660s. There are tons of other headphones out there, hope you can find ones that fit your need. Hope someone else has some input.
