Is a decent mixer sufficient as a headphone amp?

macuaigIs the output capable of at least 2.51 Vrms or 7Vpeak to peak ? Indirect guessing (less trustworthy)... Is it powered with at least 9V DC?
I actual have no clue what a typical mixer has for on board amp >.>. I'm sure it would have plenty of current for 6xx, The gain and/or max voltage would be the issue potentially.

Michael-QThanks. I’d like to use a Mackie 402 VLZ4. https://mackie.com/products/vlz4-series

macuaigLooking at a picture of 402 VLZ4, it shows 18.5V x2 with a symbol I haven't seen (not an expert here). I assume that means it takes in an ac signal of 18.5V Vrms or +/-18.5 DC Voltage rails -> regardless ignoring voltage loses of power conditioning you get about 37V DC peak to peak/rail to rail -> which is far above the 9V minimum I said. The mixer has ridiculous voltage gain 60dB -> 1000x gain just on the phone gain... i assume that's only useful if you seriously attenuate the signal at the inputs. So be very very careful.
Neat mixer though. The 2 Band EQ is kind of meh and I prefer what a computer EQ can do along with a graphical visual showing you the overall resulting EQ. I like to control the shape or "Q" of the EQ but 2 bands at low'ish bass and high treble is certainly better than nothing.
So yeah, I'm sure it'll easily power 6xx. Being that it's a premium mixer I assume it won't ruin the source signal unless you start spinning those knobs. Should sound find but other people with more experience with that sort of gear might have a better opinion than mine. I'd mostly just be worried about the noise floor hiss becoming audible.
Other headphones that require a lot of current it may struggle -> op amps can provide serious voltage gains but not exactly behemoths when it comes to current/power delivery. Simply put beyond op amp voltage gains I'm clueless to 402 VLZ4's interal circuitry or power outputs. Could be very impressive considering the input power shown in the pic or extremely lack luster.
