liscombcAssuming it's the same sound and signature of the HD650's (as claimed in headfi's YouTube channel), then a good tube amp, especially the Schiit Valhalla 2, would really do these headphones justice. Tube amps go great with Sennheisers.
If you want a great amp with more speed and life to it, the Bottlehead Crack with the Speedball upgrade is amazing too, but it requires being built by hand.
If you want a good all-in-one DAC+Amp, the HeadphoneBar recommends using the JDS Labs Element.
If you want a solid state amp with great build quality that is designed to sound like a tube amp, then go for the Ifi Micro ICan SE - their tube state technology, in my opinion, is impeccably beautiful.
If you can't afford to break the bank for this, you can always get a Schiit Magni 2 (if you have to, I'd opt for the Uber), or if you want the luxurious sound of a tube amp for a low price, the Bravo Audio Ocean can also drive these well.

VentaceThanks for the advice ventace. I'm looking for my first pair of headphones. Could you recommend another pair of headphones that would require a less expensive amp? I wouldn't want to spend more than $300 all together.
