Hi everyone, We’ve had a few reports of “tilted” Vast monitors we wanted to address. The issue stems from there being too many burrs on the metal rod used to rotate the monitor in some units, causing the monitor to get stuck on the backstop before it becomes fully horizontal. To fix this issue, you’ll need to manually force the monitor past that point by following these steps: 1. Fully lower the monitor on the stand. 2. Grip the sides of the monitor and wiggle the display like a steering wheel to impact the stop in the rotation. 3. You will feel some resistance - but you want to use some momentum of the turn to push past this resistance. (The stand support mechanism is made of steel and can support this rotation.) 4. If all steps are executed correctly you’ll move the burr past that stopping point and will be able to keep the monitor flat. If you push it too far, you may go past the even point and have the monitor tilt towards the other side. This obviously isn’t ideal, and we apologize to those experiencing this issue - though we’re glad that there’s a solution that should fix things for you quickly. If you are unable to resolve this issue, feel free to reach out to our support team via the transactions page. We’ll be working with the manufacturer to help prevent this issue in the next production run.

q2kleptoIf you are one of the people who ran into this issue, then you will need to force the monitor past the extra material that is on the rod to get it into place. This isn't forcing it past the "natural" limit per say, but is forcing it past the unnatural limit that the material on the rod is causing (that material shouldn't be there!). But yes, you do have to physically force it over that piece.

ZandoBobSo theres no way to break the monitor by doing this? Felt like something would snap when i tried briefly - Right edge is about 2" higher than the left at horizontal

q2kleptoYea that's the feedback we got from testing on our end. It does feel like something is about to break - but it should be fine since everything is steel in there.

YanboWu@YanboWu is there any chance we can get a Halo True switch drop? I know a *lot* of us in the keyboard community are eagerly awaiting a drop for them.
