Just got my Blue Falcon today. Very solid knife. Happy with purchase. I will have to blue loctite the pivot as it works it's way out while flipping. I've been flipping at my desk for four hours off and on and have had to tighten the pivot from centering issues twice now. Not a big deal at all to me, and I'm sure this has been reported already but just adding my 2 cents. Thanks for the awesome blade.

RobHarrisonNot sure I get the serialization.. it says it’s limited to 375 units, yet you have #400?

JulianPardDepends where you look..... Says 400 units in the main description, then says 375 in the blue box of details. Wonder if they made 400 but reserved 25 of them? (for staff members? Later limited re-release?) Or someone just got their details mixed up?

Talan2000That’s what I was thinking, but a Member posted in this discussion that they have the blue color #87. Quite weird

JulianPard400 were made, 375 are available - this leaves us 25 in case of any warranty issues.

JulianPardTBH, we try really hard to get our warehouse to fulfill orders in the same sequence people joined the drop, but it's just not feasible given the way they do shipping. Guaranteeing "Under #XXXX" is the best we can do for now, but we'd like to make it better and we're working on it.

RobHarrisonI just noticed your serial number of 400. That would be a cool one to have. 👍🏻👌🏻
But I have a Blue Falcon with a serial number of 824. 😁🤯 Can anyone beat that? 🤪

BflyingI guess the serialization for the blue color and the rest of the colors are combined? Since there’s blue reporting in from the 100’s to 800’s

JulianPardLol @bflying is being a wiseass, he anodized his own
But it's similar to a complaint I made earlier, that the serial number is on the blade only, no distinguishable difference with the handle other than color, and no unique markings on the blade to indicate if it was the original run or the blue run. So unless everyone keeps the handles the original colors.....the numbers alone mean nothing (not that they really mean a whole lot in the grand scheme of things anyway lol)

Kavik😂😂😂 thats funny, the over use of emojis flew Right over my head. I guess I was so convinced the the serializing was messed up.

JulianPardHa, now that was funny. But this old gray beard learning emoji.... Going slow. 🤪 Very, very slow. Anodizing though, coming along nicely. 👍🏻
But on a serious note, Massdrop probably should do something like ZT if they are going to keep advertising each variation as a "limited edition". Create a new part number to go on the blade every time a serial sequence is restarted. Like the zt0452cf, zt0452, zt0452blu, etc.
Or this Sprint.... ZT0452CFBLUBLK.
