Based on what I'm reading, you'd have to spend $700 just to make this set look good! Hahaha!
But not to worry, the hype machine is strong with this set... it won't sell like Laser, but this will sell just by virtue of it being on MD.

If this were a movie, the poster would be peppered with quotes like "honestly shocked", "not for me", "LOL", and my fave.. " So I'll buy them and have them if I ever want them"... can you just feel the excitement?!?!

Nosferat2$700? You must be referring to the reddit post about the Retro Refrigerator Norbaforce case... There are plenty of other light or baby blue cases that are much cheaper and the $700 only applies if you also have to buy a Realforce 87U as well as the Norbaforce case and this keyset.
I think this keyset will look good on black cases, blue cases, any white or off white cases with the lettering and function keys. I plan on using it on Black and Gray cases, matching keysets with the case is not super important to me as long as they aren't clashing hard. A black base keyset like this one is pretty safe in comparison to Laser or other strongly colored keysets.

OleDaneBoy...fair enough. It's just disappointing because there were some really nice designs ahead of this one. Voting is how we got Boaty McBoatface. I'll exercise my right to steer clear of this set.
