Nonsterfurther down this discussion thread, @equalunique posted a pic of their cyrillic kit about 6 hours before you posted your question. i got a shipping notice on the 17th and should be receiving mine tomorrow, according to fedex. so it's all horrorshow, my droog - they're being sent. : )
phliKtidThanks, and almost the same exact comment as mine, ha. I was hoping to see some actual photos of the Cyrillic kit and totally missed that comment, thanks for pointing it out.
SpectreiiIi just got mine today: base, beige mods, beige extra mods, beige apple, beige novelties, and cyrillic. but i have no keyboard to put them on, so no cool pics. but but i have a clueboard 60% with reds (what else would cyrillic use?) and an aluminum case waiting for me to get off my butt and get it all together. like others, i kinda wish the beige mods were...well, beige. they're grey. not tan, not sandy, not brownish wool...grey. still, grey may actually look better with how i'm going to use them. but the beige looked cool in the renders. did i mention this is my first mech board project?
phliKtidWell, to be fair, the renders showed cool grey. The triumph mods are way different though, but in a good way. If I had known they would be that color, I probably woulf have ordered another base + mods. Sigh...
ProductionWizardin a side-by-side someone posted, the original renders looked like a very light beige, or at least some sort of very light sandy-ish brown khaki. but the actual product really does just look like a light to light-medium grey. i totally agree about the triumph mods though - that light baby blue tealish color in the renders really ended up being more like the blue on the whitefox (from the pics on here...i haven't seen any in person). i think those came out better than the renders, but the renders are why i didn't order the triumphs...someone who really wanted the triumph render colors might not be as happy with the end result. i guess the moral is to just buy at least one of everything, right? ; )
