Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. They have soundstage in a way that really does surprise you at first. There are times when I genuinely became confused about where sounds were coming from, and quite a few times on certain songs I mistakenly think that music is playing through my phone's speakers when its actually just the EDCs doing a very good rendition of soundstage. They make my SE215s sound like garbage in almost every way. They also isolate nearly as well as the SE215s if you use foam tips. The sound signature is slightly bass boosted for general appeal but it is not obnoxious in any way. Vocals are great and so is everything else. I really didn't think I would like these as much as I did. Would buy again if they every break.
Only complaint is the somewhat shoddily put together case.
