DDroIt is patented but can be used with permission I assume.
EDIT: actually looks like the patent expired, so there you go

DDroThe patent is expired, but the name "axis lock" is still trademarked. You'll notice that Massdrop doesn't call it an "axis lock" in any of their literature concerning this knife
