Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. I pulled out the cable from the headset and saw the adapter, and looked online for a replacement. Upon plugging it back in, the audio sounded extremely muffled and washed out. On top of around 20 mice, I have around 3 dozen keyboards. Five of them alone are IBM Model M's. That's how bad I am.
My current mouse is a 14 button Roccat Tyon that I got through Massdrop. At least I saved like $30+ dollars off of the normal price. Thanks for allowing me to feed the beast on a budget, Massdrop.
My hand pain has gotten a lot better so I was able to settle down and just stick with a favorite keyboard instead of having to move onto another one every 4 to 6 months.

even i have found that sometimes more resolving can be actually worse, as it reveals negatives in audio, i've listened to songs on my hd650 and heard chairs creaking and people coughing that isn't meant to be part of the music just because they are that resolving.
i bought the hd58x because i heard they used a similar driver to the hd660s and didn't want to fork out for hd660s but i might if these don't satisfy
