Apparently everything pictured comes with... Except the gun holster pouch. Which was one of the main selling points for me...

The gun holster pouch was a major selling point for me and I only received 2 of the 5 pouches depicted in the photo. You may want to look a bit closer at what actually came with your bag.
I received a laptop sleeve and a 4" x 5" small mesh-window pouch.
Three pouches that I expected to receive but did not get were: 1. large first-aid pouch/medic bag, 2. handgun holster pouch 3. medium padded pouch.
Instead, I received: "single rifle mag-pouch" (worthless for me) 4x4 inch first aid pouch (way too small) "large padded pouch" (not bad but not what I expected)
