so drop says engraved *numerals* but the pictures show the +/- used for fate, which is the case massdrop?

So, looking at this drop, I had a question- Fate and Fudge use 4 dice. All the time. Most purchases of Fate/Fudge dice are in multiple of four- because that's how many an individual player will use. Why 6? It reminds me of the old hot dog/hot dog bun conundrum...
