Oblotzky’s Oblivion keycaps pay tribute to the color scheme of the same name used by many programmers. Styled in textured black, these cables match the set perfectly—but they can just as easily pair with a different set of keycaps if you like the look Read More
It does tend to hold its form so if it might take a while if you want to shape it, especially with the extra sleeve over it. Very good quality and looks great.
Tried to use this cable with my Massdrop x XMIT Hall Effect Mechanical Keyboard, but when plugged in it starts to power it up, but it turns off before it is fully powered. It's a nice looking cable, but it doesn't do its job. Really disappointing for something that took 3 months to ship.
beautifulhumancompanyWorks great with ducky shine 7 keyboard here. Connecting the USB C side I did have to apply slightly more pressure. Great cable, love it!
Can't begin to just describe my disappointment with this. Drop took about 3 weeks to ship this item out, which i admittedly didn't mind because I've received my other items good and working for months on end. But this one is just kinda terrible, i used it for only 2 days and by day 3 the cable was loose on the type c connector. My CTRL keyboard is no longer getting power through it, and the cable seemingly just died. What a let down.
Great, some new development here. It's faulty because the connector as seen in the photo hasn't been soldered properly. Not sure what this implies but I'm pretty damn disappointed.
I plugged this into my Massdrop Alt keyboard. It lights up, and nothing else. It is unable to send any input to my computer, making this cable a completely useless paperweight.
I tried both of the ports on the keyboard, as well as all the ports on my computer, docks, and USB hubs. Lighting up the keyboard was the best it could do, sometimes it wouldn't even light up.
Edit: I later found out that the Massdrop Alt requires a cable length shorter than 6'. The coil on this cable makes it much longer, and as a USB 2.0 cable at this length, it wasn't able to provide the power needed. I'm sure this cable probably would have worked on most other keyboards.
