Okay, so for my situation, it looks like something went wrong with the courier and the IEMs were lost in transit.
If you haven't received yours yet, then you might be experiencing the same problem. Head on to the Help Center (https://massdrop.com/helpcenter) and open up a ticket to ask for a refund. My refund is being processed as we speak.
Now, you have two options: 1) Wait for the next drop and hope that one goes well. 2) Wait for the Pinnacle P2, which is coming this Spring (https://twitter.com/MEEaudio/status/817799227807907840)
