If these are PAINTED, as the manufacturer's website states, I don't see why the price is so high for these or the ones on the site ($40 for the other colors).
There are plenty of electroplated or even anodized dice sets online for $24

Why do none of the pictures have anything in there for scale? I need to go find something roughly 16mm in size -- is that 16mm face to face on the d20? top to bottom on the d4? lol?

jettero16mm is standard size. If you have any other mass-produced dice sets, like from Chessex, they'll be 16mm scale as well.
I unfortunately don't have a ruler on hand, so I can't answer the second part at all.

I love the look of these, though the paint job seems sloppy in the numbers. Still, I'll probably get these since I love the understated look.

Individual packages have started to ship! The vendor confirmed earlier that majority of the group's order has been sent out with the rest scheduled for pickup shortly. Once your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.
Expect another update from us on 6/17 or sooner if something comes up.

The vendor is currently preparing the order for shipment. Based on current estimates orders should be shipping directly to customers early next week. Once orders begin to go out each group member will receive their respective tracking number. We will make sure to update the group once the order begins to ship out.

Just about there! We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and package the group's order for individual shipment to each of you. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is sent out!
