I have the Aquamarine Cats Eye. One issue to be aware of - the numbers are painted on, and in less than a month my "1" had begun wearing off. It's unfortunate, as it's my most beautiful D20 in my collection. Take care of them and don't handle/store roughly.
I did a quick review, I notice that the edges are rounded/smoothed, but no obviously uneven sides. The position of the painted numerals vary however, many of them are painted on off-center. This doesn't bother me, but it may bother some people.
As of this morning, my "1" is completely gone, and the "7" is starting to wear. For context, I carry it in a trouser pocket next to a mobile, but I make sure there are no keys/coins (to avoid scratching the mobile).
Hi Diseal,
We understand your concern, the community has been updated and all who participated in the drop still have the choice to cancel their orders. We don't want any member to be confused about what is included in the drop!
DaveHoffYeah... I don't remember getting an update stating this; and couldn't find anything regarding that when I checked my inbox. Shame I can't cancel it now that it's on the way. =/
SeescottrockI bought two, one was machined alright, the other is completely messed up. 5 of the sides are cut terribly, and a bunch of the numbers are off centered. I'm very disappointed.
Panda_KingYes, that's the same for me. My clear one is beautiful, even though numbers are a bit off kilter. The aquamarine one has several uneven sides. Some lean right, others left. When a 20 shows on the dice, the top of the dice is at a 15 to 20 degree cant, and looking straight on, one half is wider than the other. Real bummer.
