Works well with some herbs
This works really well with rosemary, both separating and chopping. For something leafier like parsley, it's nice for removing the leaves, but it's still easier to chop by hand.

doesn't work that great. not much space in container to hold the herbs. also tends to mush the herbs while cutting.
